Cascades at Estero is a luxury, gated 55-plus active community in Estero. This community stretches across 158 acres and was built between 2002 and 2007 by Levitt & Sons. Because it is an age restricted community, it is a highly sought out neighborhood; Cascades at Estero gives its residents a small town atmosphere.
This premier adult community features 614 single family homes surrounded by cascading fountains and lakes to enhance the resort style of living. These homes range from 1,525 to 2,536 square feet in living space. In this community, association dues include use of the clubhouse, a staffed gatehouse, a water and sprinkler system, and streetlights.
Cascades at Estero homes vary from two to three bedrooms with two or three bathrooms and a two-car garage. Prices of the homes in this community range from mid $200s to mid $300s. All of the homes come equipped with new, up-to-date alarm security systems. Some homes come with an attached lanai in the back. Depending on where the home is located in the community, a residence can have a view of a lake or beautiful native vegetation.

Within this grand community is a luxurious 28,000 square-foot clubhouse for residents to enjoy a variety of activities and offerings. The clubhouse includes a fitness center, aerobics room, sauna, a heated indoor/outdoor pool combination, media room (computers, library and TV), a billiards room, card rooms, and a hobby room that has arts and crafts and two kilns for people to use. The clubhouse is also home to the Grand Ballroom, which has a stage and dance floor for large parties and events.
Outside of the clubhouse, there is another poor that includes a spa and sundeck. For those who enjoy being active or some friendly competition, there are several courts where lots of fun and games can be had. There are two bocce ball courts and six Har-Tru tennis courts.
