Paseo is a Stock Development master-planned gated community that borders the Six Mile Cypress Slough Nature Preserve in Fort Myers. This is a new 444-acre community that welcomes buyers of all ages. The twin villas are single-level floor plans ranging from 1,575 or 1,891 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Heirloom floorplans range from 1,809 to 2,075 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Paseo’s traditional series range from 2,273 to 3,172 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached two-and-a-half or three-car garage.
Paseo has a 26,000 square-foot Village Center, which serves as the social and activity hub for the community. Inside, there is a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an aerobics and Pilates studio. The center also has tennis, basketball and bocce ball courts, a free-form pool, a sundeck with private cabanas, and a tiki bar (serves beverages and food).
